Bowmar Appraisal Inc has been retained by the Town of Land O’Lakes to perform a Revaluation of all Real Estate and Personal Property within the Town.

State Law requires the revaluation.  The main purpose is to make sure that all properties are valued on a fair and uniform basis.  In order to accomplish this, the appraisers must have the opportunity to make a thorough examination of each parcel of property.  We therefore urge you to cooperate with the appraisal personnel.
