NOTICE – TOWN OF LAND O’LAKES 

The application for vacation of Partridge Lane in the Plat of Lake Charlotte Cabin Sites located in the Town of Land O’Lakes, Vilas County, Wisconsin, will be on file in the Town Hall located in Land O’Lakes, Wisconsin, for a period of 30 days commencing January 2, 2023 for public inspection in accordance with Section 236.41 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Persons interested in inspecting this application may do so during regular office hours of the Town Clerk Monday through Friday after which the application for vacation will be presented to the Town Board of the Town of Land O’Lakes on February 8, 2023 to hear any interested parties and to act on the resolution authorizing said vacation. Following the passage of the resolution the matter will be presented to the Circuit Court of Vilas County for the hearing of all interested parties and the Order of Vacation.
