REQUEST FOR BIDS
Town of Land O’ Lakes

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Land O’ Lakes will be accepting sealed bids for various road construction projects of approximately 2.09 miles for the 2026 season.
Submission Requirements:
• Deadline: All bids must be received by 3:00 PM on Wednesday, February 18, 2026.
• Delivery Address: Sealed bids should be mailed or delivered to:

• Marking: Each bid must be in a separately identified sealed envelope clearly marked with the project name and the bidder’s name.

Detailed bid requirements, conditions, and technical specifications are available online at landolakeswi.gov.
Terms and Conditions:
• The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the Town.
• The Town also reserves the right to add or delete projects or items from the bid to maintain budgetary alignment.
• Successful bidders will be required to provide a certificate of insurance.
Bids will be opened and read publicly at the Town Board meeting on February 18, 2026 starting at 6pm.
