Public Hearing Description 

The hearing will be on a Petition submitted by David Sadenwasser, Zoning Administrator, to change property from SHORELAND–WETLAND ZONING DISTRICT to NON- WETLAND STATUS in Government Lot 4, Section 33, Town 43 North, Range 10 East, Town of Land O‘ Lakes, Vilas County, Wisconsin. Known as Vilas County Computer Parcel Number 12-2168. 

An on–site may be conducted at the Committee’s discretion, at which time the Committee would recess and travel to the inspection, with the Public Hearing to follow at the Vilas County Courthouse. 

A copy of the Petition is on file in the Vilas County Zoning Office.
