NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

IN THE MATTER OF STATE AND FEDERAL AID

FOR THE IMPROVEMENTS AT

King’s Land O’ Lakes Airport

4105 Airport Rd, Land O’ Lakes WI

The Town of Land O’ Lakes is considering petitioning the State of Wisconsin, Department of Transportation, for state and federal aid to undertake the following development at the King’s Land O’ Lakes Airport:

The character, extent, and kind of improvements desired under the project are as follows: fuel system

upgrade and improvements; clear and maintain runway approaches as stated in Wis. Admin. Code Trans

§55, and any necessary related work.

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Land O’ Lakes will hold a public hearing at 5:30pm on May 12, 2021 at the Town Hall, 4331 County Rd B, Land O’ Lakes WI 54540.

All interested persons are invited to attend and present their views on the need for the proposed airport development.

Parking for people with disabilities and an accessible entrance are available at the back of the town hall building. Please call the Town Clerk at 715-547-3255 in advance of the hearing to make specific accessibility requests.

Additional written testimony may be filed with the Town of Land O’ Lakes if received within 10 calendar days after the date of the public hearing. Such testimony should be directed to Town Clerk, PO Box 660, Land O’ Lakes WI 54540.
